We use 100% cotton Fine Art paper and the highest quality ink to achieve results that capture the essence of the original paintings. Our prints are made to order, which may take 2 to 10 business days for printing, followed by shipping time.

Please note that prints are shipped without frames or additional accessories that may appear in the sample photos.

Shipping: We ship from Colombia and Australia to worldwide destinations.

Good news, we ship worldwide! However, for orders outside of Colombia, we recommend placing them through our Ebay website (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/386226708037) to avoid potential delays in customs and additional administrative charges in addition to VAT. Please note that, if necessary, you will be responsible for paying import taxes, duties, and administrative fees directly to customs before receiving your package.

• All our prints are made to order to ensure maximum quality and exclusivity. • The printing process may take 2 to 10 business days, followed by shipping time. • Prints are shipped without frames or additional accessories that may appear in sample photos.

• We provide tracking numbers so you can monitor the progress of your order in real-time. • In case of any shipping issues, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Address:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during the purchasing process. Please verify the shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid delivery problems. • Entrever Studio is not responsible for an inaccurate address, although we will do our best to correct it if notified immediately after the order.

Delays and Shipping Issues:

What if my order hasn’t arrived? • In Colombia or Australia, if your order has not arrived within a week, please contact us. • Outside of Colombia or Australia, if your package has not arrived within 4 to 8 weeks, please get in touch with us. • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather and postal strikes.
