Order Processing:

• All our prints are made to order to ensure maximum quality and exclusivity. • The printing process may take 2 to 10 business days, followed by shipping time. • Prints are shipped without frames or additional accessories that may appear in sample photos.

Order Tracking:

• We provide tracking numbers so you can monitor the progress of your order in real-time. • In case of any shipping issues, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Address:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during the purchasing process. Please verify the shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid delivery problems. • Entrever Studio is not responsible for an inaccurate address, although we will do our best to correct it if notified immediately after the order.

Delays and Shipping Issues:
